Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it securely to your original shipping box.

Pack and Ship

Ensure the shoes are placed back in their individual dust bags and original shoe box before dropping the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for signs of wear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
